The TargetsCheckpoints, and Systems approach is a method that I have developed in helping individuals set and achieve their goals.

Next, you will use a reverse engineering method to break down your long-term goals into smaller, achievable steps. This involves setting Targets and Checkpoints along the way to measure your progress and adjust your plan as needed.

To help you stay on track and achieve your goals, you will also learn about implementing systems into your daily routine. These systems can include things like a daily schedule, accountability partners, and regular check-ins to monitor your progress.

Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to practice these concepts and develop your own personalized goal plan. With the downloadable content provided, you will have the tools and resources you need to stay motivated and stay on track towards achieving your goals.
