Description

INTERNATIONALLY ACCREDITED & CERTIFIED

This is not a Martial Arts Class

1 in 3 Women & 1 in 6 Men Experience Sexual Assault

This is Psychological Warfare, Weapons Savy, Awareness, Assault & Escape Preparedness

Although we discuss physical self-defense, this course is more about the psychological warfare and preparedness to either never be a victim in the first place, or make sure that if you are, your mind goes into escape and not defeat or panic, and how to escape. This course is filled with the reality of what happens in an assault, what happens to the brain and reactions by hearing it from true cases of how we reacted. Yes, we, I was one and you will hear my example of a brief encounter with captivity that left a permanent scar and how I got smart. There are dark conversations that need to be had and are had in this course regarding the choices you are left with that put you in contact with things you have to do to survive. Many of these trainings come from Navy Seals, CIA, special agents & self-defense experts that I adopted into my survival & defense planning.  I believe the mere discussion and awareness of this topic will already create a state of awareness in you to protect yourself by not being oblivious or putting yourself in dangerous situations. Female social conditioning is talked about at length to help you understand and overcome old world etiquette & training that has kept women unsafe. Once you free yourself from these subconscious teachings you no longer even realize are there, you will understand how they have made you less powerful and have put you in danger. The world has sadly changed, and so must you! This course is not to create fear in you, but empowerment in yourself!

I believe everyone will benefit from this course. This is my lifelong journey through self-defense from being assaulted and how I turned my fear into power. I will NEVER be anyone’s victim again and I want to teach you everything I know to keep you as safe as possible in a weary and scary world.

Why I Chose This to Be a Sisterhood Course: I chose to make this a Sisterhood course because as a woman I know what we face daily, the disadvantages of our strength that get taken advantage of by criminals and I can uniquely tell my story from the perspective of a woman, knowing other woman know exactly what I mean. This however does not exclude men from this course and conversation, I want you here men, to be part of protecting yourself and learning what you can from this course. Topics in this course are on all things that can lead up to assault and with a little knowledge and forethought, you have already changed yourself from being a victim. Once you learn all of this, you can never unlearn it. You will always know a little bit more in a situation than the average person and that is what I want to give you, a chance, options! So, this course was never to exclude men from the conversation, but rather, to speak directly to my sisters, with whom I share a very common experience with. Sisters AND Brothers Welcome! I love you!

In Light, Sufani
